Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GEARit! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
GEARit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to PO Boxes via USPS

  • Shipping to APO/FPO addresses may be limited depending on product size and carrier availability


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Please contact the carrier using the provided tracking number

  2. If the issue is not resolved, contact GEARit Support within 7 days of the delivery date

We’ll assist in working with the carrier, but replacements or refunds are subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.


International Shipping

At this time, GEARit primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping is offered for select items, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
