Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Limited Warranty Coverage
GEARit products are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues occurring during normal, intended use -

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or accident

Products that have been cut, altered, or repaired by a third party

Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or incompatible equipment

Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEARit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
